About this event

This year, BHSC will be participating in the 31st Annual “Old Neighborhood” (First Ward) St. Patrick’s Day Parade!

Important Notes:

No items (candy, beads, toys, fliers, etc.) may be thrown or distributed from floats or vehicles. Safety is our top priority, and violations will result in removal from the parade and future participation restrictions.
Please arrive by 9:30 AM to help decorate the BHSC float.
Reminder this is a Saturday (we are not doing the Sunday downtown parade this year)

The parade kicks off at 11:00 AM.

We will meet at approxinatley the gps area of 946 South Park Ave. at 9:30 AM to decorate.

The parade will last approximately 1.5 hours and will be followed by an Irish "Hooley" at the Valley Community Center, featuring Irish entertainment, food, and refreshments!

Additional info:

Streets close at 9am. Vehicled need to be staged by 9am. Parade peeps should be in place by 10am. Walking/ riding at 11am! Stay together.

Watch Out for speed bumps! MOB's prohibited.

Be reasonable on the open container.

Hooley Celebration after at Tewksbury and the Valley Center

Only Irish allowed. Also everyone is Irish on St Patty’s weekend.
