The BHSC Intro to Racing Series is a program to help interested skippers and crews to learn the ins and outs of sailboat racing with the Buffalo Harbor Sailing Club. When? Five Tuesday evenings in August. For Whom? Skippers and Crews NEW TO RACING. With Whom? An experienced Racing Mentor aboard. Why? The BHSC wants to teach sailors how to become racers. We know there are sailors around that don’t know how to get started in racing. Requirements: Regular Membership ($40) in the BHSC. A qualified mentor with racing experience aboard. (Supplied by the BHSC.) No PHRF membership needed, but boats must meet safety and insurance requirements of PHRF-LE and BHSC. Willingness to have FUN!
